Hope for the youth Internationally

This foundation was found as two different projects, Hulpproject Slowakije & Ohekwuru Lovecares Foundation merged under one foundation

1. Hulpproject Slowakije, established by Cor Schippers in 2003, aims to aid Roma children in Slovakia which are systematically being discriminated upon. In 2007, Hulpproject Slowakije fulfilled all statutory obligations, and the Anbi-status was obtained.

2. Ohekwuru Lovescares Foundation was founded in 2002 by Godwin and Ruth Abu. They worked together under the foundation VPE-Zending.nl/projecten loves-cares, caring for, and sustaining teenagers with unwanted pregnancies in Igede Nigeria, until the death of Godwin in 2007.

After this setback, Ruth continued the work from The Netherlands, managing it whilst the workers on the ground did the work Ohekwuru Lovescares Foundation had trained them to do.

In 2012 Cor and Ruth got married and so did their projects, metaphorically speaking. Both foundations are now united and together with the management they want to pursue their dreams and vision together: Making a positive impact on the Youth in Igede and aiding the Roma children in Slovakia.
